If you are recieving the message that your AVG is going to Expire, or you need to update, or just plain need to get AVG,

You can get the latest version of it by clicking the link

Follow these directions to install the latest version.

Click on this Link:

When the download File box comes up Click on "Save"

You may get a small drop down at the top of your browser windows saying: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer  has blocked this site from downloading files to your computer, click here for options"

If you get that drop down, then click your mouse on that bar and select "Download File"

Be Sure to Change the "Save In" location to "Desktop"

When the download is complete, go to your desktop and Double Clik the file you just downloaded (avg_free_stf_en_8_233a1415.exe)

During the installation process be sure to click the "update" button, and then the "internet" button to tell the program to get the updates from the internet

Don't worry about creating rescue disks unless you are savy enough with computers to understand how to use them (I never use them)

That should update your AVG to the newer verson.
